The Dolphins were starting to show some promise before they dropped their last two, and the Bills started their season on a good note and have since imploded. While this may lead most football fans to believe the game tonight is sure to be a yawn-fest, I'm not so sure. While these two teams are on a combined five-game losing streak, that just makes me believe that they're both hungry for a win, and the fact that they are in the same division will just amplify that appetite. This game could very well be a well-matched interesting bout.
Both teams still have the ability to make a run for the playoffs, if they can bounce back from a few disappointing games and actually show up for the rest of the season. Both teams have shown that while it might be improbable at this point, the post season for either of them isn't exactly impossible.
If there was a way that both teams could lose a game, it wouldn't be a reach to predict a double loss tonight. Maybe they'll both keep their no-win streak alive with a tie. If the NFL has shown us nothing else this season, it's to expect the unexpected. Let's see how it goes, and Q it up here tonight on Thursday Night Football!
